Way Down Yonder in the PawPaw Patch

Asimina triloba, aka papaw, pawpaw, paw paw, paw-paw, common pawpaw, Quaker delight, or hillbilly mango.
I learned the song, “Way down yonder in the paw-patch” as a child, but I’d never seen a pawpaw until my wife produced these in our dining room. (Long story. Trust me.)
